Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Engineering-Architecture, Department of Architecture was established in 2009 and started education in 2010-2011 academic year with its first students.

The vision of the Department of Architecture is to become a nationally and internationally recognized, unique educational and research institution in the fields of Architecture, Planning and Design. In this context, the Faculty of Engineering-Architecture, Department of Architecture aims to train nationally and internationally successful professionals who are knowledgeable, creative, rational and inquisitive thinkers, who can define and solve problems. A student-oriented education philosophy is adopted in the undergraduate program of the Department of Architecture, which is carried out around design and planning studios.

In addition to the student and faculty exchange agreements made within the framework of the Erasmus program, our department attaches importance to international cooperation in the fields of education and research and organizes international workshops within the scope of these collaborations.

The Department of Architecture, with its well-equipped faculty, designs and produces cities and buildings with universal, high design value, livable and sustainable quality, and carries out educational and research activities to protect cultural-natural environmental values.

- All Public Organizations, Private Companies, Offices, All Municipalities,

- Management units of central and provincial organizations of all Ministries and other engineering related institutions,

- Relevant administrative units of the Turkish Armed Forces,

- Public and private sector insurance organizations and banks,

- In non-governmental organizations working in engineering fields,

- They can also work as middle and senior managers in all enterprises.
